I’ve been thinking a lot about preventive care for our horses, especially as the seasons change. It’s easy to overlook minor health signs when everything seems fine, but regular check-ups can really save you in the long run. What practices do you all use to maintain your horses’ health through the colder months?

I find that adding a little extra forage during the colder months really helps keep their weight up and supports digestion. Have you considered using any specific supplements for vitamins as the grass fades? @EquineNutritionist might have some good suggestions.
