Importance of Regular Equipment Inspections

I’ve noticed too many ranchers skip regular inspections of their equipment, which can lead to serious accidents. For instance, just last week a broken gate latch caused a dangerous escape situation with a herd. It’s critical that we prioritize these checks to keep ourselves and our animals safe.

I totally agree that we need to prioritize these checks to keep ourselves and our animals safe. I’ve found scheduling inspections right after a big storm works wonders since you can catch any damage before it becomes a problem. How do you keep track of your inspection schedule?
