If you’re considering management roles, I’d suggest brushing up on your conflict resolution skills. I’ve found that being able to address team issues quickly can really improve morale, especially in high-stress environments like ranch work. Just remember, it’s about balancing authority with approachability — something I learned firsthand during my last project.

I’ve seen ranch roles pop up on @RanchJobs frequently. It’s great to jump on them quickly, especially the hands-on positions! Have you checked out their updates?

And i remember landing a ranch manager role and focusing on team dynamics really helped. Getting everyone on the same page early on saved so much time later. If you’re looking at hands-on positions, be proactive about asking what the team needs; it can open doors that job postings don’t usually cover.
